The Power of Meditation: How Mental Health Begins in the Body
Meditation never came naturally to me. My mind was loud, busy and always on, and I truly believed it just wasn’t for people like me. What changed everything was realising I wasn’t “bad” at it—I was stressed, overwhelmed and stuck in fight-or-flight. When I stopped trying to silence my thoughts and instead met myself with curiosity, meditation became a way to slow down, reconnect and feel safe again.

No, Harnessing your Energy isn't a Witch thing
We’ve all heard the phrase “harness your energy,” but what does it really mean? It’s not just something a witch might say — it’s about awareness, balance, and intention. When you learn to manage where your energy goes and how to refuel it, your whole day can shift. From slow mornings to mindful breathing, harnessing your energy helps you focus on what truly serves you.

What's On at the Lab
Week 2 of the 30 Day Reset is here, and it’s been a reminder that recovery is easier to fit in than we think. From supporting the Mo.Ve for Resilience fundraiser to tackling my first-ever 10 km run, this week has been full of challenges, lessons, and small wins. I’ve loved sharing my journey and would also love to hear yours — recovery looks different for everyone, and that’s what makes it so powerful.

Rest is so important for our bodies and mind, yet I always find it so hard to actually slow down without feeling guilty. My brain races through everything I “should” be doing, which kind of defeats the purpose of resting in the first place! In this post, I share how I’ve learned to prioritise recovery, manage stress, and actually make rest part of my routine — guilt-free.
