We have a lot coming up this week! Some awesome specials and challenges to encourage everyone to keep looking after their physical and mental wellbeing. As we get busier and busier towards the end of the year, it often gets put on the back-burner. It was always feels impossible to fit everything in, however, looking after yourself gives you the best chance at showing up the best version of yourself.


Before I get into that in more detail, I want to welcome Sophie! A new staff member, as well as a Recovery Lab member. Sophie has previous experience in gym membership support and is currently building her social media profile that has over 190k followers where she talks about fitness, nutrition and wellness. She is also studying a Bachelor of Nutrition and Commerce, a super interesting mix if you ask me. We are super excited to have her on board.


30 DAY RESET

30 day Reset Post

From the 3rd of November we are running a 30 Day Reset along with all the other Recovery Lab’s across Australia! You can choose to aim for four sessions per week, four days per week or the full 30 days! Everyone who achieves their goal will receive an additional Contrast Room and a week for free. You will also get the benefit of improving your sleep quality, reducing stress, supporting muscle repair and building resilience. To sign up to the challenge, tell a staff member at your next session and get a photo and add your goal. Throughout the reset you will also be providing with information about how you can get the most out of your recovery sessions.


Early Bird Package Poster

EARLY BIRD PACKAGES

This is a special deal for customers who want to build an awesome morning routine. For the month of November our session packs will be discounted for those who can use those sessions from 8am to 12pm on Weekdays. They have no expiry, so gives you plenty of time to make use of the deal. We are hoping this provides an option for those who might come once or twice a week and are able to do a session before lunch, after a morning gym session or after school drop off. We are also right next to an awesome cafe - allowing you to grab a coffee and sit in the compression boots - what a way to start the day.


1/2 PRICE SATURDAYS

50% off saturday

Finally we are introducing 1/2 Price Saturdays! Each Saturday from the 1/11 to 30/11 we will have 50% off all casual, same day sessions! While Footy, Soccer and Netball seasons are over - why not use your Saturday to prepare yourself for next season? Recovery is important to incorporate into your routine as it prevents injury, muscle fatigue and helps you maintain energy. You might’ve started your preseason training, so use this opportunity to include recovery as part of your training so you can perform at your best next year. Also a great option to come straight to Recovery Lab after a workout or maybe before lunch out in Main Street with friends.


Prioritise your health and recovery to keep yourself feeling strong and energetic for the holiday period and the new year. Start with something - doesn't need to be big, just start.
