It’s the first week of our challenge — the 30 Day Reset begins! But it’s not too late to join up. Just let the staff know, and we’ll add you to the Commitment Crew board in the studio. It’s also a great reminder that we don’t need to wait for the “perfect time” to start looking after ourselves — we just need to start, no matter how imperfect our beginning is.

For Melbourne Cup Day, we’ll have slightly adjusted hours. We’ll be open from 8 am to 5 pm, but make sure to book ahead.


This weekend, we’re supporting MO.ve for Resilience — 60km in 24 hours, starting on the 8th of November. On average, 60 men die by suicide every hour, which is why Movember encourages people to take on challenges to raise funds supporting men’s health. They’re aiming to raise $15,000 for Movember to help prevent men from dying too young.


We’re proud to support the brave athletes competing in the challenge by providing our recovery services on the day. We’ll be down next to the track with Compression Therapy, Massage Guns, and potentially ice baths if the weather is good. If you can’t support on the day, you can still help by donating here.

We also have a new staff member joining the team, Sarah! Sarah plays for the Mornington Women’s Football Team and works in hospitality when she isn’t with us, so she understands the importance of recovery. She’s currently studying a Bachelor of Sports and Exercise Science and is keen to put what she’s learned into practice. We’re so excited to have Sarah on board!
