Bonnie Walpole is part of the leadership team for the
Women’s Mornington AFLW Reserves Team, one of the
apart of the Mornington Football Netball Club which is
sponsored by Recovery Lab Mornington. Recovery Lab
encourages each player to be their best, both on and off
the field by utilising the services to help their body and
their mind recover from a game of footy or the workday.
Bonnie makes use of the services to help her balance
footy training, Hyrox training and her job as a Fitness
Instructor. By allowing her body and mind to rest, she
can maintain her impressive high energy lifestyle with a
smile on her face.
